InDepth MFR Beginnings
Jeff established InDepth Myofascial Release (MFR) to provide relief for pain and improved health and performance for his clients. He is always developing his offerings to be flexible in how he helps his clients achieve their goals. He began his career as a corrective exercise specialist, added massage therapy certification and then specialized in myofascial release. In the past few years, knowing this clients want to continue to reach further and become stronger and more flexible, he has trained in and now offers thai yoga and assisted stretching.
Athletic Healing
When an athlete needs to improve performance, heal from an injury quickly or prevent injuries in order to enjoy their sport longer, having a specialist to guide them is critical. Avoiding injury is key, however, once injured, it can feel like you will never return to full potential.
Jeff assesses each client and their current capabilities and function, then determines a path forward to help heal, recover, then strengthen through exercise, myofascial release, cupping, k-taping and other methods. The methods used will be based on your individual situation, condition and goals.
Improve Performance
Helping an athlete heal is just one part of the process. Jeff enjoys getting each athlete past the healing stage and to the performance improvement stage. He feels strongly that each athlete can heal, then prevent future injury through dedication, focus and practice.
