More About The Myofascial Release Clinic

Latest Offering: Thai Yoga Stretching. Thai Yoga is a form of assisted stretching that utilizes the yoga positions to enhance flexibility, increase body awareness and reduce stress buildup.  We are in process of adding this modality to our site and appreciate your patience.

Assisted Stretching became a part of our offerings during 2024. Assisted stretching can be incorporated as part of an MFR session or as an individual service. Speak with your therapist to determine if Assisted Stretching is right for your needs. Jeff is our certified personal trainer and corrective exercise therapist. Book a session today.

Myofascial Release, or MFR, is not the same as traditional massage. Where traditional massage is focused on temporary relief or relaxation, Myofascial Release is focused on long-term, sustainable pain relief and healing.

At Myofascial Release Clinic we specialize in myofascial release as well as cupping, athletic k-taping, IASTM and Graston technique.

Many physicians and physical therapists recommend MFR to their patients to help treat overall symptoms and sources of pain, discomfort and injury.
Our clinic has two licensed, insured therapists specializing in Myofascial Release therapy:
Jeff Dailey, LMT, DBA as InDepth Myofascial Release and
Stephanie Augello, LMT, DBA as Zenergy Bodyworks

Small animals and equines benefit from myofascial release. Check out our service pages for Small Animal MFR and Equine MFR to learn more.
